These expandable starch pellets (maize starch content >90%) are designed for producing eco‑friendly loose fill packaging. They can be expanded through in house small single extruders to achieve an expansion ratio of 60:1 (60 times original size), ensuring outstanding material efficiency.

Throughout their lifecycle, they demonstrate excellent environmental performance: highly biodegradable, meeting compostability standards, and soluble in water with no risk of environmental contamination. Ideal for cushioning and void fill in shipping electronics, consumer goods, and other products where sustainable packaging certifications are required.
