How We Make Starch Foam
Our foam is produced through an eco-friendly extrusion process using natural starch pellets as the raw material. The pellets are heated and expanded to create lightweight, biodegradable foam — with no harmful chemicals involved.
The Process
- Step 1 – Raw Material: Natural starch pellets are sourced and quality-checked.
- Step 2 – Extrusion: Pellets are fed into an extruder where heat and pressure expand them into foam.
- Step 3 – Shaping: The foam is shaped into packing peanuts, sheets, or custom forms.
- Step 4 – Quality Control: Each batch is tested for density, strength, and biodegradability.
The result is a fully compostable packaging material that dissolves in water and leaves no microplastics behind.
